The Hearth
A post pinned to the top of r/wowforever. Open it and you can see where World of Warcraft: Forever stands today: how long until the next milestone, what comes after it, and what Blizzard said last.
It’s free, it has no ads, and Demonly LLC runs it for the r/wowforever moderators. You don’t need to install anything. It works in the Reddit app and on the website.
What’s in the post
- HearthA countdown to the next milestone, the two after it, and Blizzard’s latest posts and news.
- TrackerStaff posts from the official Forever forums, plus what the developers post on X.
- NewsOfficial Forever articles from Blizzard News, each with its own picture.
- RoadmapEvery dated milestone from the BlizzCon 2026 announcements, in your own time zone. Blizzard’s rough windows for 2027 are marked as unconfirmed.
- CodexForever 101: the new zones, nine dungeons, raids, the Skyborne, new systems, editions and prices, and the questions people keep asking.
- AlertsOptional notifications for the few moments that matter. They’re greyed out for now, pending approval.
The post keeps itself current. The tracker, the news and the developers’ posts are checked every 15 seconds, and an open post redraws when something new arrives without losing your tab or your place. In the feed it’s a compact card; tap Expand for the full view.
Demonly’s servers fetch Blizzard’s public forum posts, the Blizzard News articles and the developers’ public posts on X for the app. If Blizzard’s side goes down, the post keeps showing the last good copy, and the pictures are shrunk so the post stays quick.
None of it is about you. The app’s server makes those requests, not your device, and they carry no Reddit identity. The privacy policy lists exactly what the app keeps, which is nothing unless you turn alerts on.
“There’s no rush here. It’s the journey that counts.”
The Hearth is free and it will stay ad-free. There is no sponsored content in it, and we don’t take sponsorships. The same goes for everything else Demonly makes.
We’re against real-money trading (RMT and RWT). The Hearth will never promote or link to anyone selling gold, items or accounts, or to boosting services.
